1. Reference is made to
a. Memorandum from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, file AG 014.33 (23 Oct 46)GA (SCAPIN 1286), dated 23 October 1946, subject as above.
b. Memorandum from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, file AG 014.33 (20 Nov 46)GC (SCAPIN 1350), dated 20 November 1946, subject as above.
2. Attached are nominal rolls of ten Chinese nationals who were not repatriated as directed. (Incl 1)
3. The Imperial Japanese Government will take steps to apprehend the subject Chinese nationals and move them to Sasebo Reception Center for repatriation aboard the first available shipping.
