Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 7 September 1946, file AG 000.5 (7 Sep 46)LS-R, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one MIKI (FNU) Col., to the Commanding General, FIGHTH Army at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is amended to delete said MIKI's name for the reason that he is presently incarcerated in STNGAPORE. This name appears as the first name on Page No. 5 of the above-mentioned Memorandum.
