b. Memorandum for the Japanese Government, file AG 400.12 (29 Oct 46)CCS, SCAPIN 1299/9 dated 6 June 1950, subject as above.
2. Pages 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Inclosure 1 to SCAPIN 1299/8 are rescinded and the attached revised pages are substituted therefor.
3. The following pages of Inclosures to Inclosure 1 of SCAPIN 1299/8 as amended by SCAPIN 1299/9 are rescinded and the attached pages are substituted therefor.
