SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 9 March, 1946, file AG 000.5 (9 Mar 46) LS., (SCAPIN-807), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one FURUSHIKA, Masatongu, Sergeant, to the Commanding General EIGHTH Army, at SUGAMO Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said FURUSHIKA's name. This name appears as the 3rd name on page No.2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
2. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government dated 2 April, 1946, file AG 000.5 (2 Apr 46) LS., (SCAPIN-851), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government was directed to deliver one TATSUMI, Masaru, W.O. Navy, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at SUGAMO Prison, (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said TATSUMI's name. This name appears as the 8th name on page No.3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
