MEMORANDUM FOR	JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
SUBJECT	Revised Plan for Receiving Payments Due American Carriers for Messages and Radiotelephone Calls Filed by United States Military and Accredited Civilian Personnel for Transmission to or Through the United States, Its Territories and Possessions, Prepaid in Japan.

1. Reference is made to Memorandum for the Japanese Government file AG 311.3 (21 Nov 47) CCS, SCAPIN 1228/6, dated 21 November 1947, subject as above.
2. Effective immediately, inclosure 1 of this memorandum replaces inclosure 1 of SCAPIN 1228/6.
3. Direct communication between Civil Communications Section, General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers and the Ministry of Communications within the scope of this memorandum is authorized.
