SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 15 June 1946, file AG 000.5 (15 Jun 46) LS., (SCAPIN-1027), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one TANAKA, Ryozaburo, Lt. Col., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said TANAKA's name. This name appears as the last name on page No. 5 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
2. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 3 May 1946, file AG 000.5 (3 May46) IS., (SCAPIN-918), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one KOBIASHI, (KOBAYASHI), Shu, Sgt., to the Commanding General, Eighth Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said KOBIASHI's name. This name appears as the 1st name on page no.2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
3. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 15 june 1946, file AG 000.5(15 Jun 46)LS., (SCAPIN-1027), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one TONISHI, (FNU), to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said TONISHI's name. This name appears as the 2nd name on page No.6 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
