MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 6 November 1945, file AG 000.5 (6 Nov 45) LS, wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one CHISUWA, Buichi, 1st Lieutenant, to the Commanding General, XI Corps, at Sugatno prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said CHISUWA's name. This name appears as the first in Sub-Branch #1, Sendai Area, page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
