MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 23 June 1946, file AG 000.5 (23 Jun 46) LS., wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one YOKOTA, Masataka, Lt. Col., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said YOKOTA's name. This name appears as the last name on page No. 2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
