MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 15 July 1946, file AG 000.5 (15 Jul 46) LS., wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one KAGAWA, Chiyozo, Civilian Guard, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said KAGAWA's name. This name appears as the 3rd name on page No. 2 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
