SUBJECT	Post Office Annuity Policies of Japanese Repatriates.

1. References are C.L.O. Memorandum No. 3682 (RG), 27 July 1946, subject: "Post Office Annuity Certificates Brought in by Repatriates," and paragraph 2d, Annex VI, to Memorandum for the Imperial Japanese Government from General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, AG 370.05 (7 May 46) GC (SCAPIN-927), 7 May 1946, subject: "Repatriation."
2. The Imperial Japanese Government is authorized to permit:
a. Japanese nationals being repatriated to Japan to bring with them post office annuity policies issued in Japanese yen.
b. The release from custody of post office annuity policies specified in paragraph 2a this memorandum.
c. Repayments on such post office annuity policies.
