SUBJECT

Apprehension of Suspected War Criminals.

1. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 11 July 1946, file AG 000.5 (11 Jul 46) LS., (SCAPIN-1062), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one ARAKAWA, Bunrioku, Civilian, to the Commanding General. EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest possible date, is hereby amended to delete said ARAKAWA's name. This name appears as the 2nd name on page No. 1 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
2. Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 18 March 1946, file AG 000.5 (18 Mar 46) LS., (SCAPIN-826), wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one NAKAHASHI, Mitsu, Lt. Commander, to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison, (Tokyo Detention Camp), at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said NAKAHASHI's name. This name appears as the 2nd name on page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
