MEMORANDUM FOR

IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT

THROUGH

Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.

SUBJECT

Suspension of Japanese Educators.

1. The Imperial Japanese Government, on receipt of this Memorandum, will suspend the following-named personnel from their educational positions, and will prohibit their future employment in any educational or governmental institution or agency until such time as they have been screened in compliance with SCAP Memorandum AG 350(30 Oct 45)CIE, Subject: "Investigation, Screening, and Certification of Teachers and Educational Officials":
a. YOKOYAMA, Moriaki, Director, Kanazawa Kogyo Semmon Gakko, Kanazawa-Shi, Ishikawa-Ken.
b. MATSUMOTO, Hichiro, Principal, Momoyama Agricultural School, Goryo-chi, Momoyama, Fushimi-Ku, Kyoto.
c. TACHIKAWA, Masao, teacher in the Momoyama Agricultural school.
d. KOSAI, Ryoichi, teacher in the Momoyama Agricultural School.
e. ONDO, Hajime, Principal, Tsuyama Girls' High School, Tsuyama-Shi, Okayama-Ken.
2. The Imperial Japanese Government will make a report to General Headquarters, Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers, such report to include results of the screening and action taken in the case of each individual.
