MEMORANDUM FOR	IMPERIAL JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Release of MATSUOKA, Yosuki, from Sugamo Prison.

1. It is directed that the Imperial Japanese Government contact the Commanding Officer of Sugamo Prison who will deliver one MATSUOKA, Yosuki, who is suffering from an advanced respiratory infection and other complications.
2. It is further directed that he be committed to the Tokyo Imperial University Hospital for proper care, treatment, and security, subject to reincarceration upon orders from the Supreme Commander for the Allied Powers.
