THROUGH	Central Liaison Office, Tokyo.
SUBJECT	Apprehension of Suspected War Criminal.

Memorandum to the Imperial Japanese Government, dated 29 May 1946, file, AG 000.5 (29 May 46) LS., wherein the Imperial Japanese Government is directed to deliver one NOGUCHI, Teramichi, Sgt/Maj., to the Commanding General, EIGHTH Army, at Sugamo Prison (Tokyo Detention Camp, at the earliest practicable date, is hereby amended to delete said NOGUCHI'S name. This name appears as the last name on page No. 3 of the above mentioned Memorandum.
