Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.99 Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Calculation of Fractions of Receipts and Disbursements, Etc. of the Treasury The Law for Calculation of Fractions of Receipts and Disbursements, Etc. of the Treasury (Law No.61 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 6 paragraph 1 and paragraph 4, "or local tax" shall be amended as "or local tax, or arrearage charge, additional arrearage charge, negligence additional money, non-filling additional money or heavy additional money concerning local tax" . Article 7 paragraph 1 item (1) shall be amended as follows: (1) Deleted. Article 7 paragraph 1 item (5) shall be amended as follows: (5) Deleted. In Article 7 paragraph 2, "(1)," and "(5)," shall be deleted. Supplementary Provisions: 1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. 2 With regard to the receipt of those, for which the payment notice is issued from the State and Kodan, etc.(meaning the State and Kodan, etc. provided for in Article 1 paragraph 1 of the Law for Calculation of Fractions of Receipts and Disbursements, Etc. of the Treasury) before the enforcement of this Law, or the payment of those (excluding the interest on national bond, for which the duty for payment is decided before the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still prevail.
