I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Measures for Orders under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry Based on the Imperial Ordinance concerning the Orders to Be Issued in Consequence of the Acceptance of the Potsdam Declaration. (Orders to Be Continued to Exist in Future) Article 1. So far as application of penal provisions to any acts done by the day of losing effect (April 1, 1951) of the Fertilizer Distribution Kodan Ordinance (Imperial Ordinance No.171 of 1947) and liquidation of Fertilizer Distribution Kodan are concerned, the same Ordinance shall have the effect as law even on and after the day of the first coming into force of the Treaty of Peace with Japan.

(Abolition of Order) Article 2. The Cabinet Order for the Food Maintenance Temporary Measures (Cabinet Order No.384 of 1949) shall be abolished.
