I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the Special Account for the Disposal of the U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan for Appropriation to the Expenditure of the General Account. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan for Appropriation to the Expenditure of the General Account For appropriation to the expenditure of the General Account, the Government shall be authorized to make a transfer from the Special Account for the Disposal of the U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan to the General Account, up to the amount of 4,000,000,000 yen, wihtin the fiscal year 1952-53. Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
