    <LawTitle>Law for Partial Amendments to the Travelling Tax Law</LawTitle>
    <MainProvision>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Travelling Tax Law (Law No.43 of 1940) shall be partially amended as follows:</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In Article 2, "(including such special charges for using the special fixtures in passenger's room as may be provided for by Ordinance;hereinafter the same)" shall be added next to "berth charges" .</Sentence>
          </AmendProvisionSentence>
        </AmendProvision>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In paragraph 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, "Article 9 of the same Law" shall be amended as "Article 6 of the same Law" ;and the following one paragraph shall be added to the Supplementary Provisions:</Sentence>

              <ParagraphNum/>
              <ParagraphSentence>
                <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">The special exceptions to the way of payment of travelling tax collected by the Japanese National Railways in accordance with the provision of Article 8 may, for the time being, be provided for by Ordinance, notwithstanding the provision of the main clause of the same Article;provided, however, that the due date of payment shall not be postponed beyond two months after the months of collection.</Sentence>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provisions:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum>1</ParagraphNum>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
      </Paragraph>
      <Paragraph Num="2">
        <ParagraphNum>2</ParagraphNum>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The provision of paragraph 6 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Travelling Tax Law after amendments shall apply to the travelling tax to be collected and paid on or after March 1, 1952.</Sentence>
