I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Agricultural Mutual Aid Reinsurance Special Account. Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.50 Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account 1 The Government is authorized to make the transfer from the General Account to the agricultural sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said sub-account, up to the amount of 717,875,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1952-53. 2 With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, in case the surplus accrues on the settlement of the agricultural sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account if the balance remains further after deducting from the said surplus the amount to be transferred to the payment-fund sub-account for the reinsurance money in accordance with the provision of Article 6 paragraph 2 of the Law for the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account (Law No.11 of 1944), the government shall make the transfer from the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
