Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-seventh year of Showa (March 31, 1952) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.27 Law for Partial Amendment to the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Loans Law The Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Loans Law (Law No.105 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows: The following one paragraph shall be added to the Supplementary Provisions: 4 Of the funds necessary for creation of facilities available for joint use by farmers, forestrymen and fishermen, rate of interest of loans on those funds pertinent to creation of agricultural warehouses (excluding those which take as their main purpose custody of charcoal) and which are to be accommodated within the fiscal year 1952 shall be at four per cent per annum, irrespective of the provisions of Article 3.
