I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Transfer from the General Account for Appropriation for Loans in the Special Account for Finance for the Farm Settlers. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-seventh day of the third month of the twenty-seventh year of Showa (March 27, 1952) Prime Minister YOSIHIDA Shigeru Law No.10 Law concerning Transfer from the General Account for Appropriation for Loans in the Special Account for Finance for the Farm Settlers 1 For appropriation for loans made under the provisions of Article 1 of the Settlers'Fund Financing Law (Law No.6 of 1947), the Government is authorized to make a transfer from the General Account to the Special Account for Finance for the Farm Settlers up to the amount of 1,531,210,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1952-53. 2 With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make, later on, the transfer from the Special Account for Finance for the Farm Settlers tlers to the General Account as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
