I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-second day of the third month of the twenty-seventh year of Showa (March 22, 1952) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.6 Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved The Law concerning the Authority of the Attorney-General in the Judicial Procedure in which the Interests of the State are involved (Law No.194 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 6 paragraph 2, "or appoint a lawyer as representative" shall be added next to "a functionary from among his subordinates" .
