I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Food Management Special Account. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fifth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (December 5, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.294 Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Food Management Special Account The Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Food Management Special Account (Law No.69 of 1951) shall be partially amended as follows: In the main provisions, "The Government" and "4,161,645,000 yen" shall be respectively amended as "1 The Government" and "14,348,661,000 yen" ;and to the main provisions, the following one paragraph shall be added as paragraph 2: 2 In accordance with what is prescribed by the budget, the Government shall later transfer an amount from the Food Management Special Account to the General Account, within the limit of 10,000,000,000 yen in the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph. Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
