Article 3 paragraph 1 item (15) shall be amended as follows: (15) Handling of affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the countries in which Overseas Agencies are established, in addition to the affairs listed in each of the preceding items. Supplementary Provisions: 1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. 2 The Cabinet Order for the Additional Establishment of Japanese Government Overseas Agencies (Cabinet Order No.309 of 1951) shall be abolished.
