    <LawTitle>Law for Partial Amendments to the Mail Law</LawTitle>
    <MainProvision>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Mail Law (Law No.165 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows:</Sentence>
        </ParagraphSentence>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>In Article 57, "air mail" , shall be added next to "special delivery."</Sentence>
          </AmendProvisionSentence>
        </AmendProvision>
        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>The following one Article shall be added next to Article 60:</Sentence>

            <Article Num="60_2">
              <ArticleTitle>Article 60-(2).</ArticleTitle>
              <ArticleCaption>(Air Mail)</ArticleCaption>
              <Paragraph Num="1">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">In the air mail service mail matter shall be transported by air route. However, the mail matter shall be transported by other fastest service of transmission, in case the arrival at destination of such mail matter is considered as delayed due to non-flight or any other reasons.</Sentence>
                </ParagraphSentence>
              </Paragraph>
              <Paragraph Num="2">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The Minister of Postal Services is authorized to designate the section, date and time at which mail matter shall be transported by air route, and shall make public by notification to that effect.</Sentence>
                </ParagraphSentence>
              </Paragraph>
              <Paragraph Num="3">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The air mail service shall be given to letter mail which can be conveyed by air route for the whole or part of transmission section.</Sentence>
                </ParagraphSentence>
              </Paragraph>
              <Paragraph Num="4">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The air mail fees (including the fee provided for in Article 21 paragraph 2, Article 22 paragraph 2, Article 23 paragraph 4, Article 26 paragraph 2, or Article 27 paragraph 2) shall be fixed as follows:</Sentence>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">The date of enforcement of this Law shall be fixed by Cabinet Order. However, the date shall not be later than January 1, 1952.</Sentence>
