(Partial Amendment to Each Special Account Law) Article 1. The Debt Consolidation Fund Special Account Law (Law No.6 of 1906) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 4 paragraph 1, "by depositing with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "by entrusting with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 2. The Food Management Special Account Law (Law No.37 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 7, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 3. The Fishing Boat Reinsurance Special Account Law (Law No.24 of 1937) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 5, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 7, "employed by holding the national bonds or by depositing with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 4. The Forest Fire Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.26 of 1937) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 5, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 7, "employed by holding in the national bonds or by depositing with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 5. The Welfare Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.10 of 1944) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 12 paragraph 1, "shall be deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "may be entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 13, "employed by holding in the national bonds or by depositing with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 6. The Law concerning the Special Account for Post Office Life Insurance and Post Office Annuities (Law No.12 of 1944) shall be partially amended as follows: Next to Article 7, the following one Article shall be added:

Article 7-(2). The accumulated fund of insurance sub-account or annuity sub-account may be operated by entrusting with the Trust Fund Bureau, excluding the case where a loan is made therefrom to the insurance policyholders in accordance with the provisions of the Post Office Life Insurance Law, or to the annuity policy-holders, annuitants or successive annuitants in accordance with the provisions of the Post Office Annuities Law, respectively.

In Article 8, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 10, "circulation" shall be amended as "receipt and payment" . Next to Article 14 the following one Article shall be added:

Article 15. Of the operational assets belonging to the accumulated funds of this Account at the time of enforcement of the Trust Fund Bureau Fund Law, those other than the deposits in the Deposits Bureau, the loans to insurance policy-holders under the provisions of the Post Office Life Insurance Law and the loans to annuity policy-holders, annuitants or successive annuitants under the provisions of the Post Office Annuities Law, may be hold, for the time being, as the operational assets belonging to the accumulated funds of this Account.

Article 7. The Agricultural Mutual Aid Reinsurance Special Account Law (Law No.11 of 1944) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 9 paragraph 1, "shall be deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "may be entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 10, "operated by holding national bonds or depositing it with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 8. The Special Account Law for the Special Measures for the Establishment of Property Owing Farmers (Law No.44 of 1946) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 6, "deposited in the Deposits Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 9. The Law of Special Account for the Capital Levy Revenues, Etc.(Law No.53 of 1946) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 5, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 10. The Law concerning the Finance for the Farm Settlers Special Account (Law No.7 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 6, "deposited in the Deposits Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 11. The National Forestry Enterprises Special Account Law (Law No.38 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 17 paragraph 1, "held in the form of public loans or deposited into the Deposit Bureau, Finance Ministry" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" ;and in paragraph 2 of the same Article, "deposited in the Deposit Bureau of Finance Ministry" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 12. The Special Account Law for Laborer's Accident Compensation Insurance (Law No.51 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 8, "deposited with the Deposit Section of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 14, "by retaining them in the National Bonds or by depositing them in the Deposit Section of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 13. The Unemployment Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.157 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 8, "deposited with the Deposits Board of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 14, "in the form of national bonds or deposits with the Deposit Board of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "by entrusting with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 14. The Mariner Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.236 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 10, "put in the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 16, "held in the national debts or employed by putting in the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 15. The Precious Metals Special Account Law (Law No.34 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 7, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in the same Article, "deposited in the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 16. The Law concerning the Special Account for State-operated Horse Racing (Law No.42 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 14, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in paragraph 1 of the same Article, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" . In Article 16, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 17. The Postal Services Special Account Law (Law No.109 of 1949) shall be amended as follows: In Article 20, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 18. The Telecommunication Services Special Account Law (Law No.110 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 20, "deposited with the Deposits Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 19. The National Hospital Special Account Law (Law No.190 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 8, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in the same Article, "deposited in the Deposits Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 20. The Mint Agency Special Account Law (Law No.63 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 19 paragraph 1 and Article 24, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 21. The Law concerning the Special Account for the Disposal of U. S. Aid Commodities, Etc. to Japan (Law No.65 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading:of Article 10, "Depositing" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in paragraph 1 of the same Article, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 22. The Export Credit Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.68 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 12, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in paragraph 1 of the same Article, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau, Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau."

Article 23. The Smaller Enterprise Credit Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.265 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 12, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in the same Article, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

Article 24. The Special Mine Damage Rehabilitation Special Account Law (Law No.271 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In the heading of Article 7, "Deposit" shall be amended as "Trust" ;and in the same Article, "deposited with the Deposit Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

(Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Abolition of the Special Account Law for Public Loans and Other Four Laws, Etc.) Article 25. The Law concerning the Abolition of the Special Account Law for Public Loans and Other Four Laws, Etc.(Law No.42 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 10 paragraph 5, "deposited in the Deposit Section of the Finance Ministry" shall be amended as "entrusted with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

(Partial Amendment to the Disaster Relief Law) Article 26. The Disaster Relief Law (Law No.118 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 41 item 1, "Deposit in the Deposit Department of Finance Ministry" shall be amended as "Trust with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

(Partial Amendment to the People's Finance Corporation Law) Article 27. The People's Finance Corporation Law (Law No.49 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 23, "Reconversion Finance Debentures or to make deposits to the Deposit Bureau of the Ministry of Finance or to the Banks" shall be amended as "Reconversion Finance Debentures, to entrust with the Trust Fund Bureau or to make deposits with the Banks" .

(Partial Amendment to the Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law) Article 28. The Prime Minister's Office Establishment Law (Law No.127 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In the Table of Article 15 paragraph 1, "Multiple Purpose Land Development Council To take charge of the matters placed under its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Multiple Purpose Land Development Law (Law No.205 of 1950) " shall be amended as" Multiple Purpose Land Development Council To take charge of the matters placed under its jurisdiction in accordance with the provisions of the Multiple Purpose Land Development Law (Law No.205 of 1950) Council for Utilization of the Trust Fund Bureau Fund To respond to the inquiries of the Minister of Finance or to express opinions to the Minister of Finance, on the important matters concerning the utilization of the Trust Fund Bureau Fund ".

(Partial Amendments, to the Ministry of Finance Establishment Law) Article 29. The Ministry of Finance Establishment Law (Law No.144 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: Article 4 item (33) shall be amended as follows: (33) To administer and operate the Trust Fund Bureau Fund; Article 12 item (2) shall be amended as follows: (2) Administration and operation of the Trust Fund Bureau Fund; In the table of Article 13 paragraph 1, the column of Deposit Bureau Funds Operation Council shall be deleted.

(Partial Amendment to the Housing Loan Corporation Law) Article 30. The Housing Loan Corporation Law (Law No.156 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 28, "deposit in the Deposit Division of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "entrust with the Trust Fund Bureau" .

(Partial Amendment to the Export Bank of Japan Law) Article 31. The Export Bank of Japan Law (Law No.268 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 40 item (2), "Deposit with the Deposit Bureau of the Ministry of Finance" shall be amended as "Trust with the Trust Fund Bureau" .
