Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 31, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.83 Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Establishment of the Attorney-General's Office The Law for Establishment of the Attorney-General's Office (Law No.193 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Annexed List No.4, next to the item of the Nagoya Detention House, there shall be added the following item: Hiroshima Detention House Hiroshima-shi In the said List, next to the item of the fuchu Prison, shall be added the following item: Hachioji Medical Prison Hachioji-shi In the said List, next to the item of the Yokohama Prison, there shall be added the following item: Yokosuka Prison Yokosuka-shi In the item of the Kobe Prison in the said List, "Okubo-machi, Akashi-gun, Hyogo Prefecture," shall be amended as "Akashi-shi" ;in the item of the Kakogawa Prison in the said List, "Kakogawa-machi, Kako-gun, Hyogo Prefecture" shall be amended as "Kakogawa-shi" ;in the said List, "Kitagata Prison" shall be amended as "Kitagata Medical Prison" ;and the item of the Hachioji Juvenile Prison shall be deleted. In Annexed List No.5, "Tokyo Reformatory" shall be amended as "Tokyo Medical Reformatory" ; "Suyoshi-mura, Koshi-gun, Niigata Prefecture" in the item of the Niigata Shonen-gakuin shall be amended as "Nagaoka-shi" ; "Kyoto Shonen-Ryogoin" shall be amended as "Kyoto Medical Reformatory" ;and next to the item of the Kobe Futatabiyama Gakuin, there shall be added the following items: Suzurandai Gakuen Kobe-shi In the said List, next to the item of the Toyogaoka Noko-Gakuin, there shall be added the following six items: Meitoku Shojoen Tempaku-mura, Aichigun, Aichi Prefecture Toyoura Medical Reformatory Toyohama-mura, Chitagun, Aichi Prefecture Mie Shonen-Gakuin Tsu-shi Kagami Nogei-Gakuin Kagami-mura, Inaba-gun, Gifu Prefecture Konan Gakuin Kanazawa-shi Toyama Shonen-Gakuin Fukuzawa-mura, Kaminiikawa-gun, Toyama Prefecture In the said List, next to the item of the Hiroshima Reformatory, there shall be added the following items: Kifunehara Shojoen Kannon-mura, Saeki-gun, Hiroshima Prefecture In the said List, next to the item of the Fukuoka Reformatory, there shall be added the following item: Tsukushi Shojoen Fukuoka-shi In the said List, "Sasebo Rinkai-Ryo" shall be amended as "Sasebo Reformatory" ; "Fukushimashi" in the item of the Tohoku Reformatory shall be amended as "Sendai-shi" ;and next to the said item, there shall be added the following item: Oitama Gakuin Kamigo-mura, Higashioitama-gun, Yamagata Prefecture In the said List, next to the item of the Hokkai Reformatory, there shall be added the following item: Marugame Shojono-Ie Marugame-shi In the item of the Tokyo Juvenile Detention and Classification Home in the said List, "Suginamiku, Tokyo-To" shall be amended as "Nerima-ku, Tokyo-To" .
