I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Reformatory Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 31, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.72 Law for Partial Amendments to the Reformatory Law The Reformatory Law (Law No.169 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In the proviso to Article 11 paragraph 1, "six months" shall be amended as "one year" and "for six months" as "for one year" . In Article 21 paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, "March 31, 1951" shall be amended as "March 31, 1953" . Article 22 shall be deleted.
