I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Use of Surplus for Covering the Expenses on Liquidation in Foodstuff Distribution Kodan. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 31, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.70 Law concerning the Use of Surplus for Covering the Expenses on Liquidation in Foodstuff Distribution Kodan Regardless of the provisions of Article 30-(3) paragraph 5 of the Food Management Law (Law No.40 of 1942), the Foodstuff Distribution Kodan is authorized to use the surplus for the fiscal year 1950-51 for the purpose of covering the expenses on liquidation in the said Kodan after the approval of the Minister of Finance.
