I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering Shortage of Revenues in Postal Services Special Account. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fifteenth day of the third month of twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 15, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.23 Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering Shortage of Revenues in Postal Services Special Account 1 The Government is authorized to transfer the amount not exceeding 3,583,835,000 yen from the General Account to the Postal Services Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, in the fiscal year 1951-52. 2 With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall, later on, make the transfer from the Postal Services Special Account to the General Account as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
