I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Exception to Payment from the Alcohol Monopoly Special Account to the General Account. Sigend:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fifteenth day of the third month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 15, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.22 Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Exception to Payment from the Alcohol Monopoly Special Account to the General Account The Law concerning the Exception to Payment from the Alcohol Monopoly Special Account to the General Account (Law No.30 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In paragraph 1, "the working assets as on the end of fiscal year 1950-51" shall be amended as "the working assets as at the end of every fiscal year, for the time being" ; "fiscal year 1949-50" shall be amended as "the preceding fiscal year of the fiscal year concerned" , and "in the fiscal year concerned" shall be added next to "by this Account" . Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
