Law for Partial Amendment to the Welfare Insurance Special Account Law
The Welfare Insurance Special Account Law (Law No.10 of 1944) shall be partially amended as follows:
Next to Article 18-(3), the following one Article shall be added:
Article 18-(4).
For the time being, the Government may transfar the amount within the limit of amount determined by the budget from the General Account to the management sub-account, if necessary to appropriate to the expenses for the welfare facilities in the health insurance business of this Account.
Supplementary Provision:
This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1951.
