I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Utility Model Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This sixth day of the third month of the twenty-sixth year of Showa (March 6, 1951) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.10 Law for Partial Amendments to the Utility Model Law The Utility Model Law (Law No.97 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 20, "\100" , "\200" and "\400" shall respectively be amended as "\300" , "\600" and "\1,200" . In the provisions of Article 31-(2) to Article 32-(2) inclusive, "\1,000" shall be amended as "\5,000" . Supplementary Provisions: 1 This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. 2 In respect of the registration fee which has already been paid or of which period of payment has elapsed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply. 3 In respect of the disposition concerning a fine for an action committed prior to the enforcement of this Law, the old provisions shall still apply.
