I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Undemobilized Person's Compensation. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-seventh day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (December 27, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.302 Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Undemobilized Person's Compensation A part of the Law concerning Undemobilized Person's Compensation (Law No.182, 1947) shall be amended as follows: In Article 3 paragraph 1, "300 yen" shall be amended as "1,000 yen" . In Article 8 paragraph 1, "1,700 yen" shall be amended as "2,200 yen" , and "1,500 yen" shall be amended as "3,000 yen" . In Article 8-(3) paragraph 1, "1,500 yen" shall be amended as "3,000 yen" . Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1951, and the amended provision of Article 8 paragraph 1 shall be applicable to the case where the receiving of ashes is to be effected after the enforcement of this Law even when the undemobilized person was dead before the enforcement of this Law.
