I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering Shortage of Revenues in Postal Services Special Account. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This eighteenth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (December 18, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.276 Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering Shortage of Revenues in Postal Services Special Account 1 The Government is authorized to transfer the amount not exceeding 1,283,868,000 yen from the General Account to the Postal Services Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said Special Account, in the fiscal year 1950-51. 2 With respect to the transfer under the provision of the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make the tranfer from the Postal Services Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
