Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This eleventh day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (December 11, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.254 Law for Partial Amendment to the National Election Administration Commission Law The National Election Administration Commission Law (Law No.154 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 5 paragraph 1, "nine Commissioners" shall be amended as "seven Commissioners" . Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from December 22, 1950;provided that the procedure for the designation of the Commissioners and the reserve Commissioners under the amended provision may be taken prior to that date.
