I hereby promulgate the Law for Adjustment of Laws Concerned in Consequence of the Enactment and Enforcement of the Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service. Article 1. The Law concerning the Compensation, etc. of Judges (Law No.75 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 9, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)."

Article 2. The Law concerning the Salary and Others for the Public Procurators (Law No.76 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)."

Article 3. The Law for Establishment of Bases of Pay for Seamen of the Civilian Merchant Marine Committee and for Payment of a Special Allowance for Officers and Employees of the Civilian Merchant Marine Committee (Law No.106 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)."

Article 4. The Economic Stabilization Board Establishment Law (Law No.164 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In paragraph 6 of the Supplementary Provisions, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)."

Article 5. The Law for Payment of the Cold Districts Allowance and Coal Allowance to the National Public Service Personnel (Law No.200 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1 paragraph 1, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)." In Article 2 paragraph 4, "Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees" shall be amended as "Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service."

Article 6. The Law concerning the Position-Classification Plan for the National Public Service (Law No.180 of 1950) shall be partially amended as follows: In paragraph 3 of the Supplementary Provisions, "Article 9 of Law Administering the New Pay of Government Employees (Law No.46 of 1948)" shall be amended as "Article 6 of Law concerning Compensation of Employees in the Regular Government Service (Law No.95 of 1950)."

Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply as from April 1, 1950. However, the provisions of Article 6 shall come into force as from the day of the promulgation of the Law concerning the Position-Classification Plan for the National Public Service (Law No.180 of 1950).
