I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Temporary Establishment of the Reparations Agency. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-seventh day of the fourth month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (April 27, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.111 Law for Partial Amendments to the Law for Temporary Establishment of the Reparations Agency The Law for Temporary Establishment of the Reparations Agency (Law No.3 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1, items (5) to (7) inclusive shall be made items (6) to (8) respectively, and the following one item shall be added as item (5) next to item (4): 5 To keep accounts of reparations equipment disposition expenditure and of reparations equipment disposition income. The following one item shall be added to the same Article as item (9): 9 To keep accounts of looted proparty restitution expenditure and of civil property disposition income concerning located property restitution. In Article 6, "items (1) to (4)" shall be amended as "items (1) to (5)." In Article 7, "items (5) to (7)" shall be amended as "items (6) to (9)." In Article 8 paragraph 2, "Article 1 item (7)" shall be amended as "Article 1 item (8)." Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation and shall apply as from April 1, 1950.
