I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Industrial Reconstruction Kodan (Public Corporation) Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This first day of the fourth month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (April 1, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.92 Law for Partial Amendment to the Industrial Reconstruction Kodan (Public Corporation) Law The Industrial Reconstruction Kodan (Public Corporation) Law (Law No.57 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 3 paragraph 1, "The authorized fixed capital of the preceding paragraph shall be subscribed exclusively by the Government" shall be made paragraph 2, and paragraph 2 of the same Article shall be made paragraph 3; and in this paragraph 3, "shall, when necessary, be obtained by loan from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall be amended as "may, when necessary, be obtained from the fund of the Deposite Bureau, Ministry of Finance or the Reconstruction Finance Bank." Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
