I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning the Decision or Revision of the Fixed Prices of Manufactured Tobacco. Medium grade made with native type and Burley type leaf tobacco after specific treatment as principal materials and blended with over 20% of yellow types leaf tobacco 40 ,, 80 ,, Cigar "Astraea" Length:118 m/m Largest Medium grade made mainly with Manila leaf tobacco 5 pcs. 150 ,,dia:17 m/m To the main provision, the following two paragraphs shall be added: 2 The Japan Monopoly Corporation is authorized to sell manufactured tobacco produced by way of experiment at the retail price fixed under the provision of Article 34 paragraph 1 of the Tobacco Monopoly Law (Law No.111 of 1949), taking into consideration its type and quality and the fixed retail prices of other manufactured tobaccos by the Japan Monopoly Corporation. In this case, the period of the sale shall not exceed six months as a rule. 3 In order to sell the manufactured tobacco referred to in the preceding paragraph for a period exceeding six months, the postentry into the price list of the manufactured tobacco by the Japan Monopoly Corporation mentioned in paragraph 1 shall be made at the earliest opportunity.
