I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the Oilstuff Distribution Kodan Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This thirty-first day of the third month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (March 31, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.59 Law for Partial Amendments to the Oilstuff Distribution Kodan Law The Oilstuff Distribution Kodan Law (Law No.203 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: The title shall be amended as follows: The Oilstuff and Sugar Distribution Kodan Law Except the provisions of Articles 32, 33, 35 and 36, "the Oilstuff Distribution Kodan" shall be amended as "the Oilstuff and Sugar Distribution Kodan." In Article 1 paragraph 1, "oil cakes, etc.(hereinafter referred to as oilstuffs)" shall be amended as "oil cakes, etc.(hereinafter referred to as" oilstuffs ") and sugar (hereinafter referred to as" sugar ")." In Article 10 paragraph 1, "one President, one Vice-President" shall be amended as "one President, not more than two Vice-Presidents." In Article 13, "Oilstuff" shall be amended as "oilstuffs or sugar." In Article 14 paragraph 2, "Vice-Minister of Agriculture and Forestry" shall be amended as "Administrative Vice-Minister of Agriculture and Forestry." In Article 15 paragraph 1 item (1), "all indigenous and imported oilstuffs" shall be amended as "oilstuffs and sugar" and in item (2) of the same paragraph, "oilstuffs" as "oilstuffs and sugar." In Article 20 paragraph 2 and paragraph 3, "oilstuffs" shall be amended as "oilstuffs and sugar." In Article 23 paragraph 1 and paragraph 5, "the Teikoku Oil and Oilseeds Company, Ltd." shall be amended as "the Teikoku Oil and Oilseeds Company, Ltd. or the Nihon Sugar Company, Ltd." In Article 31 "paragraph 1, April 1, 1950" shall be amended as "April 1, 1951." Supplementary Provisions: 1. This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950;provided that the amended provision of Article 31 paragraph 1 shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. 2. The National Government Organization Law (Law No.120 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In the paragraph of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Annexed Table No.1, "the Grocery Distribution Kodan, the Oilstuff Distribution Kodan"shall be amended as "the Oilstuff and Sugar Distribution Kodan."
