I hereby promulgate the Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twenty-ninth day of the third month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (March 29, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.29 Law concerning the Transfer from the General Account for Covering the Shortage of Revenues in the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account 1 The Government is authorized to transfer the amount from the General Account to the agriculture sub-account of the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account for the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues in the said sub-account, up to the amount of 915,206,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1950-51. 2 With respect to the transfer prescribed in the preceding paragraph, the Government shall make the transfer from the Agricultural Mutual-Aid Reinsurance Special Account to the General Account later on, as prescribed in the budget, up to the amount equivalent to the said transfer.
