I hereby promulgate the Law concerning Adjustment of Change of Jurisdiction or Change of Administrative Control of National Property between the General Account and the National Hospital Special Account Free of Charge. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This seventh day of the third month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (March 7, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.8 Law concerning Adjustment of Change of Jurisdiction or Change of Administrative Control of National Property between the General Account and the National Hospital Special Account Free of Charge In case the Government intends to change the jurisdiction or change the administrative control of the national property obtained for devoting it to the medical service facilities or being used for the medical service facilities at the time of the enforcement of this Law, between the General Account and the National Hospital Special Account, for devoting it to the medical service facilities, the adjustment thereof may be made free of charge between these Accounts, only in the fiscal year 1950-51, regardless of the provision of Article 15 of the National Property Law (Law No.73 of 1948).
