I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendments to the National Forestry Enterprises Special Account Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This seventh day of the third month of the twenty-fifth year of Showa (March 7, 1950) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.7 Law for Partial Amendments to the National Forestry Enterprises Special Account Law The National Forestry Enterprises Special Account Law (Law No.38 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 1 paragraph 2, "research, study and investigation related to forestry, with" shall be amended as "and" . Supplementary Provisions: 1. This Law shall come into force as from April 1, 1950. 2. Among the assets belonging to this Account, the jurisdictions of those being used by the i forestry experiment stations, excluding properties acquired for value by this Account (meaning the properties prescribed in Article 2 of the National Property Law (Law No.73 of 1948);hereinafter the same), may be transferred their jurisdictions to the General Account free of charge, and the properties acquired for value by this Account and being used by the forestry experiment stations may be used by the General Account free of charge, for the time being.
