Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twelfth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (December 12, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.258 Law for Partial Amendment to the Price Adjustment Kodan Law The Price Adjustment Kodan Law (Law No.62 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 3 paragraph 3 "shall be obtained by loan when necessary from the Reconstruction Finance Bank" shall be amended as "may be obtained by loan when necessary from the State's organs or other organs similar thereto." Supplementary Provision: This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.
