I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Food Control Special Account Law. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This twelfth day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (December 12, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.255 Law for Partial Amendment to the Food Control Special Account Law The Food Control Special Account Law (Law No.37 of 1921) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 4-(2), "150,000,000,000 yen" shall be amended as "170,000,000,000 yen" . Supplementary Provisions: 1. This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation. 2. For the purpose of covering the shortage of revenues of the Food Control Special Account, the Government shall be authorized to make the transfer to this Account from the General Account up to the amount of 17,093,000,000 yen, within the fiscal year 1949-50.
