    <LawTitle>Law for Partial Amendments to the Law concerning Government Investment, etc. to the Reconversion Finance Bank</LawTitle>

      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>The Law concerning Government Investment, etc. to the Reconversion Finance Bank (Law No.114 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows:</Sentence>

        <AmendProvision>
          <AmendProvisionSentence>
            <Sentence>Article 2 paragraph 2 shall be deleted;and next to the same Article, the following two Articles shall be added:</Sentence>

          <NewProvision>
            <Article Num="3">
              <ArticleCaption>(Payment of Withdrawn Money by the Reconversion Finance Bank into the Treasury)</ArticleCaption>
              <ArticleTitle>Article 3.</ArticleTitle>
              <Paragraph Num="1">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence Function="main" Num="1">The Reconversion Finance Bank shall pay the amount equivalent to the amount of money withdrawn by it out of the accommodated money in every business year, minus the amount of expenses for redemption of the reconversion finance deventure, the expenses for the performance of guarantee for liabilities and the expenses necessary for the preservation of the integrity of its rights as prescribed by Cabinet Order, into the Treasury within the fiscal year when the said withdrawal is carried out;</Sentence>
                  <Sentence Function="proviso" Num="2">provided that, so far as the fiscal year 1949-50 is concerned, in case the budgetary amount of appropriation concerning the payment is less than the said amount to be paid, the balance shall be paid in the following fiscal year.</Sentence>

              </Paragraph>

            <Article Num="4">
              <ArticleCaption>(Calculation and Procedure of Payment by the Reconversion Finance Bank into the Treasury)</ArticleCaption>
              <ArticleTitle>Article 4.</ArticleTitle>
              <Paragraph Num="1">
                <ParagraphNum/>
                <ParagraphSentence>
                  <Sentence>The calculation of the money to be paid into the Treasury and the procedure of payment under the provisions of the preceding two Articles shall be prescribed by Cabinet Order.</Sentence>

              </Paragraph>
            </Article>

        </AmendProvision>
      </Paragraph>

    <SupplProvision>
      <SupplProvisionLabel>Supplementary Provision:</SupplProvisionLabel>
      <Paragraph Num="1">
        <ParagraphNum/>
        <ParagraphSentence>
          <Sentence>This Law shall come into force as from the day of its promulgation.</Sentence>
