I hereby promulgate the Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals. Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This third day of the twelfth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (December 3, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.238 Law for Partial Amendment to the Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals The Law concerning the Prevention of Infectious Disease of Domestic Animals (Law No.29 of 1922) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 24 paragraph 1, "30,000 yen" shall be amended as "90,000 yen" . Supplementary Provisions: 1. This Law shall come into force as from January 1, 1950. 2. The allowances which are delivered to the owner of such domestic animal or article which has come under any of the items of Article 24 paragraph 1 before the enforcement of this Law, shall be as heretofore.
