Signed:HIROHITO, Seal of the Emperor This fourth day of the sixth month of the twenty-fourth year of Showa (June 4, 1949) Prime Minister YOSHIDA Shigeru Law No.192 Law for Partial Amendments to the Japanese National Railways Law The following partial amendments shall be made to the Japanese National Railways Law (Law No.256 of 1948): Paragraph 2 of Article 12 shall be deleted, and paragraph 3 shall be changed to paragraph 2. Paragraph 2 of Article 14 shall be deleted. In Article 21 and paragraph 2 of Article 26, "paragraph 3" shall be amended as "paragraph 2" .
