Article 1. The National Election Management Commission Law (Law No.154 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 16 paragraph 2, "by Cabinet Order" shall be deleted and paragraph 3 of the same Article shall be deleted.

Article 2. The Foreign Exchange Control Commission Order (Cabinet Order No.53 of 1949) shall be partially amended as follows: Article 10 paragraph 2 and paragraph 3 shall be deleted, paragraph 4 shall be paragraph 2, in the same paragraph, "of the preceding paragraph" shall be amended as "established in the office" , paragraph 5 shall be deleted, and paragraphs 6 and 7 shall be paragraphs 3 and 4 respectively.

Article 3. The Science Council of Japan Law (Law No.121 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 16 paragraph 2, "in accordance with the Cabinet Order" shall be deleted.

Article 4. The Securities and Exchanges Law (Law No.25 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: In Article 171 paragraph 1, "as may be prescribed by Cabinet Order" shall be deleted and paragraphs 2 and 4 of the same Article shall be deleted.

Article 5. The Law for the Establishment of the National Institute Komei-ryo (Law No.162 of 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: Article 3 shall be amended as follows:

Article 6. The Repatriation Relief Agency Establishment Order (Cabinet Order No.124, 1948) shall be partially amended as follows: The heading of Article 13 shall be amended as "(Personnel)" , and paragraph 1 of the same Article shall be amended as follows: "1. The Repatriation Relief Agency shall have besides the Director, one Deputy Director and other necessary personnel" . Articles 14 to 16 inclusive shall be amended as follows:

Article 14. Deleted.

(Deputy Director) Article 15. The Deputy Director shall assist the Director, and manage the affairs of the Agency.

Article 16. Deleted.

Article 7. The Law concerning the Measure to be Taken, in Case When the Government Takes over the Agricultural Land Development Enterprise operated by the Agricultural Land Development Corporation (Law No.176 of 1947) shall be partially amended as follows: Article 3 shall be amended as follows:
